The worlds’ highest via Ferrata in Sabah, is a mere 2-hour drive from Kota Kinabalu city centre, and Mike Jones has accepted Alice’s advice to complete one of the biggest challenges any visitor can find in Sabah!
Not only is Mike going to be climbing the summit trail to Low’s Peak at 4,095m above sea level, but he’s also taken up Alice’s suggestion to descend via Ferrata, more specifically – the worlds’ highest via Ferrata!
Alice recently completed the same itinerary she’s preparing for Mike because she’s sure he can handle it: 2D1N standard mountain climbing package to include the via Ferrata Low’s Peak circuit.
It’s a good idea to come in and discuss what’s to be expected, and Alice recommends that Mike packs what is necessary – although the only item to bring that you don’t need is a camera! It’s fairly steep at certain stages of the via Ferrata circuit, so good grip shoes are also highly recommended by the experienced via Ferrata Trainers who will ensure Mike’s safety throughout his activity.
